FKM Advantage: 

 

Fluorocarbon (FKM/FPM) is a well-known rubber with high performance and a co-polymer composed of highly fluorinated hydrocarbons. It shows excellent resistance to high temperature, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, ozone, media and aging. However, it is unstable to polar solvent, such as MEK, acetone and ethyl acetate. The parts made with FKM generally refer to the fluorocarbon contented with 66% of fluorine, which is also known as ®. FKM is used at temperature between -25°C~200°C for long term operation. The instantaneous temperature can reach 250°C, however, the life time of rubber will be shorten.
