Multi Rib Belt with Tension Preset:
(1) The size of the Angle of the multi-wedge belt is the most important parameter in the transmission design of the multi-wedge belt. After the effective diameter of the multi-wedge belt pulley and the position of the multi-wedge belt pulley are determined, the size of the Angle of the multi-wedge belt also needs to be determined；
(2) If the wrap Angle of the multi-wedge belt is too small, the effective diameter of the multi-wedge belt pulley shall be re-determined or the position of the multi-wedge belt pulley shall be adjusted；
(3) An idler wheel or a tensioning wheel can be used to increase the wrap Angle of the multi-wedge belt if the structure permits；
(4) The pretension of multi - wedge belt is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of multi - wedge belt gear train. When the tension is insufficient, the multi-wedge belt will slip, but if the tension is too high, the life of the multi-wedge belt will be reduced；
(5) Because there are many factors affecting the life span of the multi-wedge belt, the pre-tension of the multi-wedge belt in the design should be given according to experience or reasonable calculation, and strict control should be carried out in the equipment adjustment；
