Notes for installation of  Cogged  belt:
(1) Check the condition of belt grooved pulley before installing a new set of v-shaped belts. Wheel grooves should be kept in good condition without scratches or sharp steps. All dimensions shall be up to standard. Dirty or rusty grooved wheels can reduce transmission efficiency and damage the belt, resulting in premature scrapping of the belt. Worn grooved wheels shorten belt life by 50%. If the wheel groove is worn to the lowest point of the belt, it may cause the belt to slip and cause the belt to burn;

(2) Check the parallelism of the grooved wheel before installation, the parallelism of the shaft and the grooved wheel should be calibrated first. Generally, if the parallelism is more than 20', the service life of the belt will be seriously affected. Uneven parallelism of the grooved pulley will cause uneven wear of the belt, which will result in belt extrusion of the grooved pulley and cause all the load to be applied on the elongated side of the belt and break the belt line at that side Installed ;

(3) Tooth V belt belt, should loosen the sheave and adjust to the belt can be easily loaded in the position, easy loading belt tensioning again after (first install belt, should try to make the belt tension, need in tension during start up running 24 hours a day, then I don't need to adjust) do not use the tool to pry into the belt or belt pulley forced into belt, forced to install belt might damage the belt strength, make the belt can't normal use. Adjust the parallelism of shaft and pulley while tensioning belt;

(4) Maintenance V belt as consumables, in order to achieve the best use of the effect should be used with a new set of belt to match the equipment, it is recommended that the equipment should regularly check the groove wheel, groove wheel parallelism and V belt elongation, abnormal heat accumulation or wear. Replacement should be carried out when necessary. Please do not mix the old and new belts in the same group;
